Ariana’s Iran back on Fox Life !

Feb 18, 2017 – Fox Life India is once again screening Ariana’s Iran (Ariana’s Persian Kitchen). I’m getting a lot of great feedback from Indian viewers who are intrigued by the completely different types of spices used in Iranian cuisine. But there’s more in common between Persian and Indian cuisine than you might think. We both eat a lot of rice (and drink a lot of tea!) and many of our dishes and foods have very similar names, having originated in Iran such as Biryani, Nan/Noon (bread) and Pilau/Polo (rice). Fascinating!
